Scope:

• Responsible for the performance outcomes of e-commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms

• Proficient in excel and have good understanding how platform integration works

• Understand how to upload products images and ensure accurate product items information to be listed on the shirt bar’s website or existing e-marketplaces.

• Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace

• Answering enquiries and as customer Service Team in resolving any customer’s feedback

• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitors’ activities

• Plan market, competitor and customer research activities and analyse trends and dynamics through information gathered

Requirement:

• Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is advantageous.

• 5 days per week
