This position reports to Head of Academic Department (English Program), and will work with the team to deliver training facilitations to adult learners in the early childhood industry.Individual to be involved in: -presenting lectures and conducting discussions to increase students knowledge and competence- observing and evaluating students work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement- administering oral, written or performance tests to measure progress, evaluate training effectiveness and assess competency
