Job Detail

Job DutiesOperations and Product Management Close management of the supply chain, including warehouse and courier partners, to ensure smooth operations in all aspects of the customer journey Prepare and upload product listings including content onto various e-Commerce partner’s platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and brand.com Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc. are up to date and available-to-sell Coordinate with different departments regarding product-related concerns such as listing, promotions, replenishment Ensure stocks are made available at the right time with the right quantity Proactively take actions on near-to-expiring stocks and ensure low quantities for aging stocks Work closely with the IT and Merchandising team to ensure timely inventory management Prepare e-Commerce reports as and when requiredCustomer Service Manage and oversee the day-to-day Customer Service operations and ensure all enquiries are being responded to within 1 working day for third-party platforms and bata.com Act as second-level escalation for critical cases and ensure timely resolution Track customer returns, refunds, defectives, customer complaints, and associate costs. Provide reports and feedback to relevant internal parties as and when requiredSupply Chain Maintain the warehouse management & E-Commerce products Work towards and achieve a 100% fulfillment rate Ensure product is being shipped on time within 2 business days Manage quality control (QC) of products and packaging before shipping outRequirements Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the handling of marketplaces, customer services, inventory management and fulfilment Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills Attention to details and accuracy Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify and marketplaces
