What the role is

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (KNOWLEDGE BUILDING & ENABLERS)

What you will be working on

The Knowledge Management (KM) Division embraces the power of change and drives LTA toward a knowledge- and digital-ready organisation. As part of the KM team, you will be working in a flexible and result-oriented environment, with learning opportunities to deepen your expertise in KM. Key Responsibilities – Guide internal stakeholders to identify/map out key knowledge to be captured and shared – Develop and implement initiatives to support the codification/capture and transfer of knowledge (e.g. via function-specific handbooks and case documentation) across LTA – Develop and operationalise ways to embed KM into workflows and practices (e.g. via learning before, during and after process) to enhance organisational performance for LTA and user divisions – Measure, evaluate and report impact of KM on projects and work to enhance KM effectiveness – Strengthen engagements and KM awareness with/of knowledge ambassadors in LTA to promote KM culture – Develop and engage in new corporate KM projects that would benefit the organisation

What we are looking for

Requirements: – Tertiary qualification, preferably in Knowledge Management or a related discipline, with relevant working experience in Knowledge Management – Committed and able to work independently, multi-task and perform under pressure and tight timelines – Good written, communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for engaging people – Team player, self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful
