We provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.Job Description: Schneider Electric Process Automation APAC Delivery organization is expanding its scope by providing innovative solutions and services which go beyond the core offer supported by our Global teams. Specifically, our Digital Solutions Engineering, Digital Transformation Consulting and Digital Services teams are looking for a passionate marketer to drive Marketing and Sales Enablement activities. The Delivery Sales Enablement & Marketing will directly report into the APAC Senior Director of Strategy and Marketing, with a dotted line report into the Delivery VP.Key Responsibilities include: – Creating, organizing and promoting Sales Enablement material and activities- Key Offer launch and associated materials and campaigns- Leveraging existing global marketing communication assets for regional deployment- Creating external marketing contents for strategic solutions and services campaigns when necessary- Run targeted marketing campaigns in specific countries, market segments or priority accounts- Assisting with improving our Customer Digital Experience by being involved in key initiatives and projectsProfessional interactions: – APAC Delivery Leaders: VPs and Directors on Strategy, GTM, key messaging, internally and externally- APAC Marketing Leader: aligning- Country Leaders to adapt regional marketing campaign to local market needs- Country Marketing team- Sales teams for deploying material and closing the loop to better understand customer response to offers- Campaign and offer road tests with customers (A/B testing, early feedback, customer interviews)Qualifications and Experiences: – Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and communication or business administration- 5 years of experience in the field of Digital marketing in the B2B domain; Track record of marketing experience in B2B services- Preferred experience in industries such as Energy, Power and manufacturing- Preferred experience in internal communication and sales enablement- Cultural openness and capacity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.- Good communication skills (oral and written) in English.- Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to motivate, plan and maintain the engagement to drive project success is essential.
