Data Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision making in the organization, ensuring that the business in its various departments understands its own health, and identifies opportunities for optimization. The Data Analytics Manager also loves people, and is responsible for coaching and upskilling the members of the Data Analytics Team to deliver greater value to the business. While the Data Analytics Manager is responsible for managing all business domains, this role will have a more direct focus on leading the Data Analytics Growth team in conducting customer analyses and experimentations.
What you will do:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner to all Business, Product and Engineering functions regionally to uphold our open collaboration work culture
  • Understand key business priorities and translate them into an actionable team vision and strategy
  • Manage, coach and upskill the Data Analytics domain leads and their respective reportees to deliver high business value and be effective at interpersonal skills
  • Conduct regular review of data analysis and experimentation set-up for the growth data analysts, and contribute new initiatives that will help the marketing, product and sales teams make better decisions
  • Ensure high standards are being maintained in our Data Warehouse, to enable data reusability and understandability by others
  • Upgrade existing frameworks and processes, or create new ones where needed to enable the smooth operation of the Data Analytics team

Requirements
What we are looking for:

  • 4 to 8 years of work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in people management role
  • Solid hands on ability for SQL and preferably Python/R too
  • Prior exposure to Data Warehousing

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

  • Background in growth-hacking/experimentation/customer analysis/web analytics
  • Preferable ability in Python/R
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and principles
  • Background in growth-hacking/experimentation/customer analysis/web analytics
