Are you ready to open a new door?Position Summary: We are looking for energetic Customer Service Executive (6 months contract) to help coordinating activities and providing operational support for the Service team. The incumbent use dormakaba established procedures and guidelines to provide information, advice, and assistance regarding dormakaba products and services to our customers. He/She will also ensure high level of service excellence is delivered to build long term relationship with our partners.The key duties and responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Provides administrative and operation support for the service team
  • Coordinate activities of the service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery
  • Understand the needs and requirements of customer in order to provide the right information, advice and assistance
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up and co-ordinate with customers, logistics & other general matters
  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, cash receipt, payments, collections and reports
  • Share customer feedback, and information to colleagues within dormakaba to innovate and create positive long-term benefitsThe candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:
  • Minimum GCE A Level, NITEC/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum with 3 year of relevant work experience
  • Team player with good discipline and work attitude
  • Good communications and interpersonal skill
  • Responsible and committed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Candidate has no relevant experience are welcome to apply.
