The Customer Service Executive role represents the Company in response to customer enquiries on order, products, services, complaints, etc.
Skills & Abilities Requirements
- A team player who can patiently and effectively communicate to customer to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Able to respond to customers’ enquiries in an effective and timely manner
- Able to work in a service-oriented environment.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
