Job Description & Requirements

The Customer Service Executive role represents the Company in response to customer enquiries on order, products, services, complaints, etc.

Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • A team player who can patiently and effectively communicate to customer to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Able to respond to customers’ enquiries in an effective and timely manner
  • Able to work in a service-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing orders
  • Resolving customer complaint and enquires
  • Coordination of order with departments
