Responsibilities:

• Handling and providing customer service ie. answering of freight enquiries from customers and overseas agents
• Generating quotations to customers
• Handling bookings with shipping lines/airlines & co-loaders
• Follow up on export or import shipments and updating of shipping status
• Co-ordination of pick up and deliveries
• Answer inbound enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback
• Preparation of export or import permits and all shipping documentation
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Logistics / Business or relevant fields
• At least 1 year freight forwarding experience
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Dedicated, committed and keen to learn
