Job Detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Interface between plant and sales office (LBP) for Tier 1 KOB3 orders.
- Proactively manage KOB3 backlog.
- Provides updates and status reports to sales office or customer as required.
- Works with plant team to get order status and support prioritization.
- Supports resolution of customer inquiries and adherence to customer request date.
- Manages customer change orders appropriately.
Customer and Sales Office Communication:
- Works with subject matter expert to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
Managing Orders:
- Proactively manages KOB3 backlog.
- Ensures all orders are managed and have been entered correctly to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements.
Communication of shipping, resolve invoicing issues
- Coordinates inspection if required.
Status Updates:
- Assists in sales shipment forecasting.
- Provides reporting on order status.
- Follows up on commitments and delivery milestones with the plant.
- Change Order Management
- Provides technical and application support for customer inquiries.
- Manages change order process.
Job Requirements:
- Suitable Degree in Business related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing role.
- Strong customer support skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in a variety of software programs including customer relationship management and ERP software.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications.
