Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Account Manager
  • Assist Sales on emails, account openings and adhoc pre-monitoring of shipments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service towards customers’ excellence.
  • Develop win-win solutions with customers by demonstrating outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
  • Drive results quality outcomes for the organization.
  • Answering phone calls and other Receptionist Admin works
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Monitoring Pre alert documents / urgent consignment, emails for Sales major accounts.
  • Assist walk-in customers.
  • Jobs assigned by Station / Account Manager periodically.

Requirements

  • Minimum O level or equivalent.
  • Preferable with one (1) year experience in customer service / marketing / sales
  • Inexperienced applicants are also encouraged to apply.
  • Self-starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to Start work immediately or within short notice
  • Require transition from onsite to offsite.
