Roles & Responsibilities
Credit Control Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Credit Control function
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of customers payments
- Monitor and provide updates to fellow team members regarding payments received
- Preparation of credit control aging reports
- Resolve collections by examining customers payment plan, payment history and coordinating with team members.
- Report and alert anyexceptional and problematic customers and apply appropriate actions to minimize bad debt
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 1 year work experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Accounts Receivables function is good to have
- Knowledge in SAP is good to have
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office & MS Excel is good to have
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn Independent and meticulous
- Team player with good communication skills
- Independent and fast learner with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
