The candidate will shape valuable relationships with multiple stakeholders and develop strong internal capabilities, through both formal training and mentoring talented colleagues.The successful candidate will design, implement and improve the core work streams, sharing best practices in developing strategies and supporting operational development.Key responsibilities include: Assess related processes as well as work streams, including identification of risks and participate in reviews to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Develop and implement plans to address gaps and/or critical risks identified, lead reviews and process re-engineering, to achieve efficiencies Manage projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence Ability to work collaboratively across various Divisions to share best practices, meet goals, and tight date lines Prior professional experience in a unique position of a relevant industry to facilitate knowledge transfer Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential Other duties as assignedRequirements: Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial or mentoring capacity; including working with cross functional teams with diversified skills set. Possess in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of relevant industry, with proven track records in mentoring and coaching. Have sound understanding of subject matter and the industries’ best-in-class practices. Develop strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders.
