Transports provided (Islandwide)
Working hour: Mon-Thurs: 7.40 am-5.33 pm, Fri: 7.40 am- 2.55 pm

Good knowledge of ERP/SAP is a MUST

Job descriptions

• Processing Customer Purchase Orders via In-House ERP/SAP systems
• Act as a Customer interface for production requirement and progress reporting and enquiries
• Manage operation and administrative update relating to customer’s repair orders
• Co-ordinate operation update between Working Party/Tool Loan request with the Technical Team based on Customers’ requirements and advise customers on replacement parts readiness
• Providing timely response to customer Commercial queries via phone/email
• Update monthly open order reports and delivery reports to customers
• Update Contract Summary Database (Creation, Ad-hoc for Customers and Aircraft Type)
• Provide contract/agreements to customers for Landing Gear Loan on AOG basis
• Invoicing Customers for working party/ tool loans/ Landing Gear loans
• Facilitate and coordinate site visits/table inspections for workshop and support Customer Support Managers/Directors
• Feedback and follow up on Customer Warranties and support process improvements

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or any other related disciplines
• Min 3 years experiences in customer service/operations related Industry (Aviation preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Meticulous and able to work with team to achieve Team KPI
