Claims Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Operations Director.
• Notification and follow-up with the underwriters and clubs for Claims handling.
• Preparation of statement of account and manage claim files
• Voyage declarations and Premium disbursement.
• Handle insurance claims settlement.
• Handle Insurance related ship certification.
• War Risk reporting to Underwriters
• Perform administrative duties related to claims issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime or other relevant study
• Experience in handling marine insurance claims would be an added advantage
• Candidates from shipping industry are preferred
