Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:-

• Carry out analysis of an organization’s IT structure to identify operational leaks and effect strategies for improved processes.
• Conduct inspections to ensure IT equipment and workstations are operational.
• Leading the tackling of technical problems and continuously improving the decentralization system and other relevant systems.
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings.
• Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
• Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
• Ensure the availability of required hardware, software, and other tools necessary for the delivery of high-quality IT service.

Requirements:-

• Degree or above, with years of work experience in IT/Blockchain related projects/product environment.
• Hands-on experience with complex project management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
