Chief Financial Officer Jobs

Main Mission :

Reporting to the CEO, you will

• Lead finance team, be a strong senior finance partner to leadership team
• Work with the CEO on all business matters, including budget and forecasting, financial risk management, compliance, and financial reporting
• As member of the Executive Team to contribute to the development and implementation of Company strategy
• Act as Trade Compliance Coordinator and Country Finance Representative

Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze economic, business, and financial conditions and optimize the impact on the organization

• Organize budgets and forecasts, by leading, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, recommending plans and drive performance improvement through use of key performance indicators

• Drive financial and administrative process and system improvements to deliver best in class business and decision making support processes, including working with Corporate

• Support requirements for Internal Audit, Statutory auditors, and Tax auditors

• Proactively manage the finance team, providing guidance, procedures, processes, and support for their personal development

• Ensure compliant book keeping, accounting and tax reporting; handle accounting processes and activities: monthly closing, revenue generation, accounts receivable and accounts payables analysis

• Manage taxes, including state, local and payroll taxes, including compliance with Group transfer pricing policy, in collaboration with the sister companies in China

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Degree graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting, with at least 10 years of working experience in senior management position

• Fully qualified Accountant is a plus

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting

• Industry/Aeronautic environment experience is desirable

• Mandatory knowledge of ERPs and accounting systems

• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel

• Experience working in multicultural environment

• Ability to work both independently and collectively, with strong communication skills, ability to interact at all levels and influence processes across multiple functions and stake holders

• Display high level of integrity, work ethics and professionalism in the course of duty
