Job Detail
Job responsibilities 1. Daily update on site efficiency and identify any deviation in site performance 2. Perform a detail analysis to identify the potential root cause of the deviation 3. Devise a plan and then carry it out the plan on site to rectify the deviation in efficiency 4. Prepare a monthly report on existing sites and highlight the deviation and the actions plan that have implemented to rectify the issues. 5. Prepare scope of works based on tender/customer specifications and liaising with contractor for quotation. 6. Perform equipment selection based on tender/customer specifications and liasing with supplier for quotation. 7. Assist central maintenance team for adhoc site maintenance worksQualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical or Equivalent
- Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
- Must be willing to work in the East – job location is in the East
- Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Good HVAC knowledge of chiller plant, air side equipment
- PLC and Controls related knowledge and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills – English (spoken and written)
- Good analytics skills
- Good hands-on skills with MS Office (good excel macro skills or experience with data analytics tools
