We are also not just in the business of micro-payments, but also creating smart motoring solutions for road tolls and carpark payments.The departmentAs an Officer in the Operations Team – Card Logistics, you will report to the Senior Manager. You will be executing operations processes to maintain a healthy card supply chain and associated services for EZ-Link and liaise with internal customers and external vendors, administer documentation, and in doing so, be at the forefront of transformation in EZ-Link.Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will: 1. Card Production Processes: work closely with vendors on a regular basis to fulfil and complete card production activities for EZ-Link cards (including daily exchange of reports), and highlight any issues that arise for possible pre-emptive action by the team assist the Manager in monitoring vendor performance and ensure that all instructions provided to the vendors are followed through to completion and reporting ensure that vendors comply with established processes and requirements, including the timely submission of accurate inventory reports to fulfil month-end closing generate and prepare reports required for management reporting perform with monthly stock count of inventory at EZL storage room ensure vendors update Job Order and inventory transactions via Genesis Lite IMS accurately and on a timely basis2. Card Order Fulfilment: act as a liaison officer to support the Sales Team in fulfilment of job order for customized print EZ-Link cards, including activities such as triggering print job, printing reject replacement and delivery arrangements process the job order to ensure card production activities are completed according to requirements track all job orders from receipt to completion provide inventory and other support services (e.g. place order for packing) for new product launch in E-Commerce platforms ensure efficient procurement, shipment and personalization production of form factors from vendors to EZL Bulk Centres to customers3. Services for Corporate Customers: handle/pack all returned cards from vendors/partners/colleagues which include corrupted returned cards, lost and found cards, cobrand cards, and any unusable cards that be set aside for warranty claim or disposal4.
