You will be part of the Business Transformation organization which drives our transformation to become a leading Health Technology solutions provider to our customers. As part of our journey to transform our Company into a more competitive and agile organization, one of the key initiatives in this journey is the implementation of the Business Transformation Strategic Prioritized Programs across the Market-to-Order (M2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) domains. Within this role you will have be overall responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all deployment activities ensuring a successful localization & implementation in the ASEAN Pacific (APAC), India Subcontinent (ISC) and Japan (JPN) markets.

You are responsible for

  • The successful, sustainable and timely implementation of the Programs & Capabilities in scope of the Philips Business Transformation across the APAC, ISC and JPN markets
  • Formulates Project Plan in accordance with the goals, scope and timing set by management; ensures Market technical / fiscal feasibility, specifies project Business Case,resources required, biz. readiness, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
  • Controls Project Progress, drives performance & risk management and generate adequate reporting to ensure that all activities and milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and meeting required quality.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs following standard escalation process in close collaboration with Central Program Leads, Market BT Leads and ICC Regional Deployment Lead.
  • Perform detailed stakeholder analysis, develop communication plans and engage stakeholders across markets, industry and innovation organization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and heads project Audit as well as QA assessments to safeguard Global Templates deviation.
  • Ensure a sustainable User Adoption and expected levels of commitment by driving Change Management throughout the different project phases / change journey.
  • Guarantee that all elements of our standard Philips Excellence Operating Principles are delivered on time in full: People & Culture, Capabilities & Learning, Processes & Systems, Performance & Rewards, Structure & Governance.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Extensive experience in Project management, Change management in combination with operational experience in O2C and M2O.
  • PMP Certification (desired), knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMBOK) and of estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the relevant functions and disciplines.
  • MSc, e.g. in Project Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align with stakeholders, from operational to executive level across Philips. Consulting skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, especially with regional and local leadership teams.
  • Experience in managing projects related to process re-engineering and IT.
