Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company and they are looking for a Brand & Marketing Communication Executive. This position will support the manager and supervisor in planning and implementing brand & marketing plan initiatives and campaigns in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, providing support in all aspects from creative review, materials production, and execution.

This position will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager

【What will you be working on】

  • Branding (50%)
  • Develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to agencies, peers, and senior management.
  • Analyse brand positioning and audience insights and translate them into improvements in our channels.
  • Create and manage creative marketing campaigns to support positioning and perception.
  • Ensure all content and collaterals maintain brand integrity-style, tone of voice, and search engine optimized-for all channels including social, email, website, and onsite.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, brand-compliant content.
  • Design and communicate vision, mission, and values.
  • Support brand visibility in internal communications and organization-wide events. Assist with the Department’s “design” needs-website banners, marketing, display, SEO & SEM campaigns, etc.
  • Serve as a contact point for all brand requests in the Asia Pacific and Middle East (internal & external).
  • Partner with Corporation Brand and Legal teams to ensure gaps in approval processes for brand requests by Authorized Service Contractors / Subsidiaries in the region are promptly addressed according to business needs and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing (50%)
  • Manage digital projects in relation to online planning and promotions, digital insight, content production such as videos, online display advertising, web building, and design as well as social media updates.
  • Build scalable multi-touch programs and campaigns by employing the use of online advertisements such as Search Engine Optimization, email marketing, and content syndication to further create excitement for our Customers.
  • Plan and manage the Search Engine Marketing and Email Marketing initiatives to effectively expand our customers’ outreach on social media platforms.
  • Optimise targeting efforts and customer segmentation while allocating appropriate budgets across multiple paid social media channels to generate cost-effective measures.
  • Engage our target audience by creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and content across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Implement internal marketing to show the best practice and share the knowledge with ESA group relatives.
  • Requirement

【What they are looking for】

  • Preferable Diploma in Marketing related
  • Minimal experience in Marketing related field with practical experience of 2 – 3 years better but Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply!
  • Understand how to create content and post on Social networks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
