Responsibilities

Be an Ambassador of Disruption.

As one of our future leaders, your responsibility is to live and breathe Disruption and find opportunities amongst the brands we work with to do something less conventional, to change its path and accelerate growth. We expect you to be proactive on our clients’ business all the time and drive recalibration when needed. This includes constantly and creatively looking for new opportunities to grow the business. Change is the new norm and it demands we act smarter and do things differently.

Relationship building and client management

You are the business and strategic lead for clients and will need to nurture and maintain positive client relationship by being partners and consultants to them. You will push the boundaries and creative standards to grow their business. You must also proactively anticipate potential strategic and business issues and challenges. More than anything else, you will need to have a shared commitment to build and grow their brand.

Make things happen.

You are responsible for driving the clients and the agency creatively and strategically. Be involved in mining and distilling briefs to create a solid creative brief for teams. Shape and drive the direction of the business and brand. Foresee and solve strategic problems and challenges for clients. You will need to motivate and marshal your teams towards a common goal. You should also be a good judge of creative, be persuasive and sell well.

Drive process and collaboration.

Establish clear processes and work closely with clients to establish strategic objectives and KPIs for every project/campaign. You will be expected to drive business goals and strategic conversations, ensuring overall business and strategic excellence and pushing the creative product.

Manage upwards and downwards.

You will need to keep your Brand Team Lead informed of the status of your projects, problems, plans and meetings as well as involving them at key times. You will also be responsible for the development and performance of Brand Managers and Executives in your team by coaching, inspiring and motivating them.

Job Specifications.

Education/Professional

a. A good professional Degree

Knowledge required

a. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in the advertising industry

b. Understanding of the overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives

Skills required

a. Commercial and creative minded

b. Excellent relationship management
