As an Assistant Training Manager, you will manage the hotel’s training function includes

  • Develop a complement of qualified departmental trainers
  • Establish a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results.
  • Creating training materials and programmes to address the hotel business objectives
  • Manage training budgets
  • Monitor and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
  • Managing employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and facilitation of training programmes

What We Need From You

Ideally, you should have the following requirements and skills:

  • 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • ACTA or DACE certification would be an advantage.
