As part of the Marketing department based in the Asia Pacific Regional Office in Singapore, your tasks will be focused on effective marketing, promotion and communication of the Group and its carriers’ brands, products and services to customers. You will be responsible for supporting the team with exploration and development of digital tools and assets (eg. videos, online banners, apps, etc.) and collaterals.
Events (Webinars, trade fairs, networking cocktails, etc.)
Follow up on logistical arrangements: Invitations, registrations, collaterals, etc.
Liaise with vendors
Explore and/or develop digital solutions or automate processes for improved efficiency for internal staff (eg, sales leads collection) and enhanced engagement with customers (eg, push notification to customers)
Write and distribute standard CAs: Quarterly BAF/weekly void sailings/operational updates
Collaterals (videos, brochures/flyers, maps, banners, including translations, etc)
Creation/adaption the collaterals based on direction and content provided (either by self or through vendors)
Liaise with stakeholders on facts check and content accuracy
Maintain and housekeep all collaterals on all platforms (eg. Yammer. Galaxy. Teamsite, website, customer presentation, etc.)
Work with trade managers and design vendor on the creation of new service maps, ensure accuracy of information
Campaigns (eg. CNC brand campaign, new trade service launches etc.)
Support the launch of campaigns with the creation of collaterals (digital and traditional)
Liaise with vendors
Amplify campaign awareness through creative internal communications
CNC Marketing Execution
Support the implementation of initiatives and execution of daily tasks
Maintain contents on website, ensure updates are done on timely manner
Ensure web optimization and maintenance of website system to improve user experience; ensure no issues or errors (eg. broken links, etc.)
Liaise with design vendor on the development of service booklet
Liaise with trade managers on information/content accuracy checks
Manage and arrange distribution of booklet to countries
Develop/enhance app capabilities for continuous improvement
Maintain and update content on Service Power App
At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in digital marketing role
Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Media, Arts & Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration
Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Power App, Power Automate
Proficient with creative tools i.e. Adobe Suites – Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign
Proficient with Marketing automation/CRM programs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficient in web analytics i.e. Google analytics, Matomo
