Job Scopes for Admin cum HR Executive

1. Scope in Human Resource

Ø Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, new employee onboarding and existing.

Ø Review applications/resumes; evaluate applicant skills, prescreening job applicants and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications

Ø Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Ø Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources

Ø Identify the company-wide training needs through annual performance review exercise etc and prepare the Training Plan for the Company

Ø Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses

Ø Identify and set up the job scope and functions and specific duties and responsibilities

Ø Record of staff movement

Ø Manage day-to-day HR issues and employee relations.

2. Scope in admin

Ø Answering office call

Ø Manage email account/copier machine account

Ø Record keys of office and keys of centres

Ø manage the stationary store

Ø Find free website to advertise our programme in the internet

Ø Coordinate of advertisement, Edit Poster, flyer & banner design for courses

Ø Keep key record that issue to teachers

Ø Recording of books in staff library

Ø Monitoring and record of office asset

Ø Print poster and flyer for centre, stickers

Ø Need to take note RC/ CC contract expired date

Ø Monitoring of RC/CC course fee collection

Ø Check Stocks {Uniforms; Stationeries; Photocopy paper}

Ø Record of paper use by centres

Ø Manage email & letter correspondence and document filing

Ø Prepare Material Requests by Childcare / Student Care / Playgroup / Office / Chinese Dept

Ø Sourcing of Stationery; Reading material, uniform, insurance & etc.

Ø Manage Store, Uniforms, Reading Materials & etc. (Dettol / Handsoap / Floor Cleaner)

3. Account payable and receivable

Ø Process fees collection in PLCMS

Ø Check fee collection report from centre HODs.

Ø Issue payment voucher for Cheque, Giro Payment

Ø Issue payment to suppliers

Ø Issued invoice for SS group billing

Ø SC & Childcare & PG refund management in PLCMS and issue cheque payment to parents

4. Any other office duties assign by Director
