Job Detail
Main Duties and Responsibilities
a) Cashiering
- Issuing receipts and handling cash and nets transactions
b) Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
- Including walk-in customer requests
c) POS system- Issuing invoices
- Updating of new products
- Inventory stock-in
d) Processing payment to suppliers (Cheque + Cash payments)
e) Entering data into MYOB accounting software
- Data entry
- Preparing, sending, storing invoices
- Checking bank statements, receiving payments
- Contact customers and send reminders for timely payment
- Maintain orderly filing system
f) Ordering of warehouse supplies when stock is low
g) Compilation of data and preparation of internal reports
(Lorry collection reports, weekly sales reports)
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration or Management
- 2 years of working experience in an accounts and admin related position
- Experience in using MYOB accounting software is a plus
- Experience in handling the procurement of warehouse stocks and supplies
