Accounts Executive Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily finance operations (payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions) and liaising with suppliers
• Perform month-end closing and audit schedule
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and cash flow schedule
• Review and analyze the monthly management account, including schedules, prepared by hotel managers
• Assist in the monthly variance analysis of management accounts and liaise with hotel managers in understanding the variances
• Review and ensure the accuracy of the hotel operations’ accounting entries
• Prepare weekly revenue report for management
• Oversee external audit and assist in annual financial statements
• Maintain good documentation and filing system
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong work ethics, meticulous and committed
• Independent and able to work well in teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
