Accounts Executive (Ar) (West) Jobs

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Food Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Accounts Executive to assist their Accounting/Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Responsible in ensuring that all transactions are well documented
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Responsible in ensuring accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Responsible in coordinating local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system. To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.
• Responsible in monitoring and following up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Responsible in reconciling Customer Collection with Bank Ledger and monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Responsible in mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Responsible in preparing Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.
• Responsible in preparing Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment and monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Responsible in liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or any relevant field
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in Excel and other Microsoft office applications is a bonus
